Standing Behind the Technology You Sell

V3 APPLIANCE

For me as a Sales Engineer, I cannot tell you how important it is to believe in and stand behind the technology you sell. In the past, I worked at a company where they were good at marketing their products, but couldn’t deliver on what they sold. It was hard to go to work, and I felt that my individual integrity was at stake every time I talked with a customer. Better Virtual Desktop Building Blocks

For my first blog post ever I wanted to focus on the pieces and parts which are used to make up Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Generally I hear these pieces and parts of virtual desktops referred to as building blocks. As I read recommended architectures out there from the consortiums leading the way for us, I see one troubling trend. That trend is using the same architectures which have worked for virtualizing servers being used for virtual desktops.
